AboutShieldGroup
Shield Group was formed in response to observing the current trends and new technologies rapidly changing how weapons are made and used. The shift revealed both challenges and investment potential in the global arms industry. Shield Group aims to capture opportunity and drive innovation.
An Industry in Need of Revitalization
Defense and munitions supply chains face worldwide challenges. Production capacity cannot meet current demand due to aging infrastructure and fragmented supply networks. These factors collectively restrict the defense industry’s ability to respond effectively to global requirements.
A Disciplined, Yet Disruptive Approach
Through strategic investment, Shield Group intends to design, construct, and operate state-of-art production, manufacturing, and research facilities. Shield Group believes this infrastructure will place Shield Group in the attractive position to help supply the global government and military small arms market as well as the burgeoning commercial market across North America and beyond.
