SG | Capital’s strategy incorporates publicly traded securities, investment grade debt, and short-term cash instruments based on relative value. Additional yield may come from derivative strategies, while also hedging commodity and other risks related to Shield Group assets. The primary goal is to produce current yield and short-to-medium term capital gains while meeting the captive insurance’s liquidity needs.
