A Reach for Impact
Shield Group was formed following an extensive 2023 strategic planning review by Shield Arms executives Brandon Zeider, Seth Berglee, and Stan Manoogian. Over breakfast in Montana, we added Dan Powers, CEO at D&M Holding Co., into the mix and in doing so found a partner.
Knowing the challenges faced by the defense and munitions industry, we set out to create the solution. Nothing was off the table in our discussions, and no goal was too audacious. These discussions set into motion a disciplined, yet disruptive approach to innovating a stagnant industry.
The pace of validation has been gratifying, and the execution around our goals is well underway.
